Pirate Scavenger Hunt Contest!
Ahoy mateys! In this adventure, you will embark on a journey in which you will need to grab a camera and take pictures of items from the following list. Pick 6 of the 15 items and make sure you email all 6 of the pictures at one time to changorthodontics@gmail.com. The contest will take place from June 14 to August 31.
- Yourself dressed up as a pirate.
- Yourself holding your own drawing of a pirate flag.
- Yourself with a monkey.
- Yourself with a ticket stub from a pirate movie.
- Yourself with a sea shell.
- Yourself with a parrot.
- Yourself holding a box of Captain Crunch cereal.
- Yourself and your favorite first mate (best friend).
- Yourself in front of a seafood restuarant.
- Yourself with a man who has a beard longer than his chin.
- Yourself holding a coconut.
- Yourself holding a "ship in a bottle".
- A person who has a visible pirate-related tattoo.
- Yourself with a sand castle.
- Yourself in a captain or sailor hat.
We will then post your entries on our Facebook page (Smiles by Chang Orthodontics) to allow our Facebook fans to vote for your contest entries. Only active patients are eligible to participate in the contest, but friends and family may vote.
There will be one grand prize winner and one 1st place winner determined by the most number of "likes" collectively recieved from your set of entry photos on Facebook. There will also be one grand prize winner and one 1st place winner determined by Dr. Chang's staff. In total, there will be four winners selected.
The grand prize winners will recieve $75 gift certificates and the 1st place winners will recieve $50 gift certificates to Best Buy. Remember to be creative and have fun!
*The first three patients that enter their pictures will recieve one movie pass each. :)
Fall 2010
Canned Food Contest!
Bring in non-perishable canned foods to your next orthodontist appointment. You will get one raffle ticket per item brought. During the week of December 20th, we will draw three winners!
Types of Foods We Need: canned soups, chili, peanut butter, jelly, macaroni and cheese, canned meats, canned tuna, nuts, beans, powder milk, canned peaches, canned oranges, canned corn, fruit juice boxes, cereal, pancake mix, corn bread mix, pasta
First place winner will get a $100 Gift Card to Best Buy. Second and Third place winners will get The Ultimate Movie Package to Regal Cinemas two movie ticket passes and a $10 concessions gift card.
The more items you bring the greater your chance of winning!!!!

Winter 2009-2010
Can recommend friends, family or even strangers if you like.
The rules are:
1. Contest begins October 1, 2009 and ends January 31, 2010.
2. The new patient must state the referees name during the initial consultation.
3. Only referrals that result in treatment will be counted.
4. Consultations must be held within the contest period.
5. No previous referrals will be counted.

Summer 2009
Finally, summer has arrived. Time for your annual summer adventures. We are currently holding our seasonal contest "Where is your summer smile?" All you have to do is send in a picture of yourself smiling and you could be one of the lucky winners. We will be giving out two free movie tickets and an additional $10.00 gift card to Regal Cinemas for the most creative pose, the most unique background and the "best" overall smile. You can either mail your picture to our office or email us a digital copy at changorthodontics@gmail.com. Hurry, the last submission for the contest will be accepted on August 31st.
