Providing early treatment allows Dr. Chang to intercept and correct developing problems before they can interrupt the normal development of jaws and teeth. Thus, the complexity and duration of future orthodontic treatment can potentially be minimized.
Properly coordinated interceptive orthodontic treatment (growth guidance) can correct early developmental problems and prevent or decrease the need for full braces treatment.

Adult Treatment

About Our Braces
We use the most efficient bracket design (braces) on the market. Our bracket of choice is the self-ligating Innovation-R. This system employs a sliding clip built into the body of the bracket that slides over the archwire. The result is a self-ligating bracket that significantly minimizes the friction between the wire and the bracket allowing speedier overall treatment time and shorter appointments. There is no longer the need for elastic ties which can stain and collect plaque, thus improving oral hygiene. The latest development in bracket design is Innovation-C, the crystal-clear ceramic version of the stainless-steel Innovation-R.
Digital Services
We strive to improve customer service and office efficiency by creating a nearly "All-Digital" office. This means that your x-rays taken with our digital x-ray machine require much less radiation (up to 60%) compared to traditional machines. Digital copies can be easily created and sent via email to your dentist. From the secure electronic sign-in station to the interactive patient education computer program, we have adopted the latest in electronic technology to enhance patient care and support. Of course, there are safeguards to keep all of your private information strictly confidential.
One of a few local offices to be nearly "All-Digital". The digital X-ray machine that we use reduces radiation exposure by up to 60%. Electronic records allow easy access and improved efficiency. Registration forms can be downloaded from our website.
