Jean Bi - Financial Coordinator Jean joined the Fallsgrove Orthodontic Team in 2008. She has a professional background in accounting and works hard to structure your payment plan and to coordinate your insurance benefits. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle by working out with Zumba and spending time with her husband. "I love working with patients and providing quality service."

Sonya Smith - Treatment Coordinator Sonya joined our orthodontic team in 2011. Her background is in orthodontics and periodontics for more than 12 years. Sonya helps the patient to arrange treatment options and answers any related questions. She is in charge of new patient consultations. Sonya enjoys outdoor activities, relaxing at the beach and spending time with her family. "I love being a part of providing our patients with the beautiful smile that gives me more self confidence. We change our patients' lives in a positive way."

Geralyn - Patient Coordinator Geralyn joined the Fallsgrove Orthodontic team in 2011. She is a certified dental technologist, and expanded functions dental assistant. She is responsible for coordinating patient appointments and administrative duties. In her free time, Geralyn enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Phoebe Lee - Clinical Coordinator Phoebe began working at Fallsgrove Orthodontics in 1997. She provides supervision, support, and guidance to the clinical team ensuring that the highest level of care is given to our patients. Pheobe enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with her family. "I love working with patients and seeing them happy after achieving a beautiful smile."

Diana Cisnado - Clinical Assistant Diana joined our orthodontics team in 2010. She is a part of the clinical team that strives to provide quality care to our patients. In her free time, Diana enjoys baking, shopping, and taking care of her children. "I enjoy working with my fellow staff and patients alike."

Sarah Steinbar - Clinical Assistant Sarah joined the Fallsgrove Orthodontics team in 2010. She is a part of the clinical team that strives to provide quality care to our patients. Sarah enjoys participating in outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her husband and friends.  "I like working with patients and seeing their beautiful smile emerge as a result of our work."
